We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched via our fulfilment partners.

Shipping Cost

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £39.
For orders under £39, a flat shipping fee of £2.95 applies.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all address details are correct.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded until the package returns to us.

Shipping Confirmation
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond 25 days, please contact us at support@pupables.uk
If your order has not arrived although your delivery address was correct, if it has arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong item, we will, at your choice, send you a replacement or give you a full refund for the affected item(s), including the shipping costs you paid, at no cost to you (see section C of our Refund policy).
